We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcus Muhd and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marcus, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Before I really had a chance to make a choice between careers where I had potential, the rap group I had formed in high school had a popular album released with a single playing over the radio. I was succeeding and had the opportunity to sign a Hollywood recording contract. Unfortunately, the label we were already signed to declined and the group dissolved..

Continuing to pursue an artistic career from that point was a matter of unfinished business for me.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is A Tone Productions, founded in 2011 for the purpose of producing, marketing, and publishing in the field of arts entertainment, and culture.

I started the business as a basis for self-reliance and independence. I continue to build my brand, providing quality products and services to other artists and business entrepreneurs.

I’m most proud and excited about the film productions that I have completed, and those I have planned.

It definitely was not and is not easy to get where I am and where I want to go. I overcome my challenges by being persistent and alert to opportunities to make a way.

I have learned the power of positivity.

I want the world to know that every individual can make their dream a reality.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
To be honest, I haven’t thought about recreation like that in so long I wouldn’t know where to start. I would probably ask some other friends or family about that.
