We had the good fortune of connecting with Maria Mercedes Graterol and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Maria Mercedes, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At Keep It Sano, we support Wellness as a conscious lifestyle where we can be masters of our own choices for a sustainable lifestyle that can benefit our health and the place that we live, being fully aware of the effects on the environment and everything connected to it, big or small. Our Hazelnut Butter is made with organic ingredients being one of the few Butters in the Market with only three Ingredients which provide essential nutrients to optimize our health.
Our glass jars are made recycled and reused in the way that suit us best.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I had always had in mind that I wanted to own a company or a brand that could benefit my community in some way, earlier this year I decided to launch Keep It Sano, one of the things that excites me the most about my brand is knowing that I am helping many people to make conscious choices for a healthier diet and therefore reach a more optimal health, the journey has not been linear but my motivation has always been that, to make an impact in my community. The lessons I have learned along the way have been many, to be humble and live to serve, to do things from the heart, and one of the most important, not to stop following your dream for fear of failing.
What I would like the world to know about my brand is all the love and dedication with which we make our butters, they are made by hand and are sent to each of our distributors and sales sites, spreading the wellness to each place they are sent.
What makes the difference between Keep It Sano and other brands is that we are one of the first brands in the market with only three ingredients, free of sugars, oils and vegan friendly.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have always thought that the support and love of the people we love is essential to fulfill our dreams, without a doubt my family has played a important role in my story, for all the support, love, and motivation they have given me over the years.
