Hi Michel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The key to success is discipline, consistency, and balance. Why? Because you have to have discipline in your business, consistency because we can’t let ourselves be defeated, and every day we must fight for our business and balance because we are also more than just a business; we have families, and everything must find its time.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
All roads are long and sometimes difficult, but the key is to not give up and be consistent. Sometimes slowly but surely, sometimes quickly and decisively, but always with a clear goal.
Starting a business isn’t easy, but it’s not impossible either. Always look for people who inspire you and who can give you advice. You’ll find many of them at your side in a marketplace, and you can create business connections with them, create new things, and reach more people. Remember, we’re all in the same fight: making our businesses thrive.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love Houston! It’s such a big city with so many things to do. But without a doubt, I would take them to an Astros game and then take them to eat some delicious BBQ at Truth BBQ.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband has been my pillar for everything, he has accompanied me throughout the growth of Athena Craftings, he owns his own business and he always transmits his wisdom to me and even chooses fragrances with me, we are a team.
