Hi nakisha, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process was can I really do this and being afraid of failure and loosing it all but then turned it over to god and allowed him to lead me and I followed, which made it easy to move thru my process of opening a very successful business

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my business I’m always open to a challenge, I’m eager to teach and I’m always open to learn because no one ever knows everything. I have had some challenges in agreeing to disagree with what I felt wasn’t right in other businesses(salons) And I design my business on fairness and growth by helping and supporting my staff on there business adventures because I know if there great and growing It would be beneficial to my growth, my energy thrive off greatness. It hasn’t always been easy I’ve concord my challenges in my business first learning how to separate business from personal relationships, you can not take your personal life to your business, separated your friendships from your business and first and foremost customer service is everything also gaining a honest relationship with your clients and last love what you do when you make loving what you do your #1 priority it becomes easy. I want the world to know starting a business isn’t easy, it requires dedication, learning to hold your tongue and controlling your peace at every aspect, hard work and sometimes being uncomfortable until you get what you want. I want the world to know I’m fun and loving and I know my place in this world, I’m a mom, a friend, a mentor, a hard worker and a help mate to others that desires to grow In there business in any way I can, I’m an entrepreneur.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well I love to eat and entertain so first we will have to go to Chicago pizza for good pizza and drinks and entertainment, Roc steady grown and sexy, fellowship for cigars and cocktails, sivas always a vibe,
Atlanta station shopping and eating, Edgewood bar hopping and sunday brunch at fins and feathers highway 85

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family, my friend especially my kids and to the young ladies that I’ve mentored through out the years that reminds me of how much of an impact I’ve had on there life
