We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Beasley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicole, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Lol! I love this question because being an entrepreneur is essentially being a risk taker. You start a business with a passion and a dream. You take a risk by launching your business, in hopes that it will greatly exceed your expectations of success. So that’s me..the risk taker.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Emergent ED Child Care Consulting helps individuals that are interested in opening preschools, open their programs with the health and safety of all children in mind. Our company focuses on not only sustaining child care programs, but also building them from the ground up! I have a masters degree in business administration, which helped with the theoretical side of my business, but trial and error gave me the best education ever. I have learned to be disciplined and consistent. At Emergent ED., we go above and beyond for our clients.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My friends and I enjoy great conversations! We would book a reservation at Sixty Vines in Houston’s Rice Village area and mastermind! We also love experiences, so we would visit a great steak house to enjoy some good food and dining.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to recognize my husband and my children. As an entrepreneur, we never realize that once we become business owners, so do they, by default. They are my biggest supporters.
