Meet Quincy Molden | Mental health advocate

We had the good fortune of connecting with Quincy Molden and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Quincy, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Work-life balance is important, but I believe that family time, being present, and actively engaging with loved ones are even more essential. Prioritizing family helps build strong relationships and supports overall well-being, making it a key focus despite the importance of work.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Quincy is a compassionate and driven man who prioritizes family and community. With a steady presence and a kind heart, he creates a sense of security and love within his home, inspiring his children and wife to reach their full potential. Known for his dedication to nurturing relationships, he often hosts family and friends gatherings, ensuring that bonds remain strong and traditions thrive.
In his community, he is a beacon of positivity and action, mentoring youth, organizing neighborhood events, and advocating for unity and progress. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life stems from his deep respect for diversity and his belief in collective strength. Whether he’s teaching a lesson at youth church or simply lending an ear to a friend in need, his impact is felt in every corner of his community.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Thrid Ward and Missouri City
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God, my family, and everyone who have aloud me to speak with them.
