We had the good fortune of connecting with Randy Mbouge and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Randy, how do you think about risk?
I think risk is something that must be managed and calculated in such a way that can doesn’t break you forever. Over the past five years, I have been fortunate enough to build up my risk tolerance. I believe being an entrepreneur is an uphill battle and we are always faced with challenges that force us to grow and evolve. I’ve moved across states and even gone overseas for the sake of change, and opportunity.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe what sets my business apart is a certain sense of professionalism and tangible results. We pride ourselves on being one of the few businesses that really honor providing value to the marketplace. I’m proud of how we show up for our clients and ensure they are getting everything we can provide. Building the brand was not easy, it definitely was an uphill battle, and sometimes not all deals go through. I believe a lesson I learned was: that no one is coming to save you. Keep working no matter what. Also, seeking mentorships has helped me a whole lot. In order to get to where I desire investing in my own knowledge is key. I want the world to know we are just getting started and this is only the beginning. Keep surporting! #TDWWD #Deaffriendly

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Houston is an amazing city, however, I do not go out much. What I would say is to network with other people who are uplifting you. i know that may not be what you want to see, but it’s my honest truth.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would definitely say my family and friends have been my biggest supporters in this life. They have continued to provide guidance and moral support in ways that I did not know I needed.
