We had the good fortune of connecting with Rashad Olurebi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rashad, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
One of the most impactful decisions I’ve ever made was investing in myself. It was a game-changer for achieving a harmonious work-life balance. By prioritizing my personal growth and well-being, I’ve been able to cultivate a more sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I attribute the success I’ve achieved to two key factors: my unwavering dedication to my clients and my unshakeable commitment to an honest work ethic. By prioritizing transparency, reliability, and exceptional service, I’ve been able to build trust and foster lasting relationships with those I serve.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Jonathan’s the Rub is my go-to spot in the city. Their new location in EaDo has become my second home – a place where I feel right at home.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to take a moment to thank Fred Agho and Julian Mimms. They not only inspired me with their exceptional talent but also became incredible friends and invaluable mentors. Their guidance and support has meant the world to me and I’m so thankful to have them by my side as inspiration.
