Meet Regina Andrews | Houston Realtor & Top Recruiter

We had the good fortune of connecting with Regina Andrews and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Regina, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business is about so much more than buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people step into a new beginning. Real estate is one of the biggest decisions people make, and I take that responsibility seriously because homeownership can truly change the trajectory of someone’s life. It creates stability, builds wealth, and gives families a foundation they can grow from.
A big part of my work is helping people who may have felt overlooked by traditional real estate or lending spaces — including first-time buyers, self-employed clients, renters who want to become owners, and families who need creative financing solutions. I love being able to educate, encourage, and connect people to real opportunities they may not have realized were possible.
I also believe in serving the community by being a real resource, not just a salesperson. Whether I’m sharing information about neighborhoods, new construction communities, local events, lifestyle spots around Houston, or homebuyer education, I want people to feel like they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares. My goal is to make the process feel less intimidating and more empowering.
On a bigger level, I believe my business helps the community by promoting ownership, legacy, and confidence. When I help someone buy a home, I’m not just helping them move — I’m helping them create a fresh start, build generational wealth, and step into a life they’ve been dreaming about. That ripple effect can impact families, neighborhoods, and future generations.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is rooted in helping people navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and heart. At its core, I help people buy, sell, and explore new construction homes, but what I really do is help people step into a new beginning. That is the heartbeat of my brand. For me, real estate has never just been about transactions — it is about lifestyle, legacy, alignment, and helping people create a life that feels right for them.
What sets me apart is the experience I bring to the process. I’m not just here to unlock doors or send listings. I really care about helping my clients make smart, empowered decisions that make sense for their season of life. I also bring a creative and solutions-based approach, especially for clients who may not fit into the traditional box. Whether someone is relocating, buying their first home, exploring new construction, going through a major life change, or needing creative financing options, I take pride in being a resource and guide who helps them see what is possible.
What I’m most proud of is that I’ve built a brand that feels genuine to who I am. It blends real estate, lifestyle, community, and storytelling in a way that feels personal and memorable. I love being able to educate my audience, spotlight Houston, share hidden gems, and connect homeownership to a bigger vision of wealth, peace, and new beginnings. I’m also proud that the way I serve is rooted in intention. I want people to feel seen, supported, and inspired when they work with me.
Getting to where I am business-wise has definitely not been easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve had to grow through uncertainty, setbacks, evolving seasons, and moments that stretched me personally and professionally. Real estate can be challenging because it requires resilience, consistency, emotional intelligence, and the ability to keep showing up even when things feel unclear. There were moments where I had to learn how to trust the process, refine my voice, strengthen my boundaries, and stay committed to the vision even before the results matched it.
One of the biggest ways I’ve overcome challenges is by staying anchored in purpose. I’ve learned that not every opportunity is aligned, not every client is assigned, and not every season is meant to be rushed. I’ve had to learn the value of patience, discernment, and building a business that reflects not just success, but also peace. That has been a major lesson for me.
Along the way, I’ve learned that authenticity matters. People connect with what is real. I’ve learned that your brand should reflect your values, not just your services. I’ve learned that consistency matters more than perfection, and that the most meaningful businesses are built with intention, relationships, and trust. I’ve also learned that there is power in owning your story and letting it evolve.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that I’m passionate about helping people create a life they love, and I use real estate as one of the vehicles to help make that happen. My brand is about more than homes — it’s about fresh starts, generational wealth, community, and creating an experience that feels both elevated and personal. I want people to know that when they work with me, they’re getting someone who genuinely cares, who leads with heart, and who believes that every move can be the beginning of something beautiful.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting Houston for a week, I would give them a trip that feels very Houston insider meets soft-life energy. We’d do a mix of rooftop views, amazing food, artsy moments, local culture, and a little nightlife, because that’s what makes this city so special. Houston really does have that magic blend of world-class dining, arts, neighborhoods, and nightlife, so I’d want them to experience all of it.
Day 1: Easy arrival + skyline views
I’d start with a relaxed first day downtown. We’d head to POST Houston, because it’s one of my favorite places to show off the city. It has a public food hall and a five-acre rooftop park called Skylawn with gorgeous downtown views, so it’s the perfect “welcome to Houston” moment. If the timing lined up, I’d even try to catch one of the rooftop concerts they host there.
Day 2: Art girl day in the Museum District
One full day would absolutely be for the arts. I’d take them to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, which is one of the largest museums in the country and has collections spanning more than 5,000 years. Then I’d slow it down with a visit to The Menil Collection, which is always one of my favorite peaceful Houston experiences because it’s set in a neighborhood and admission is free. That kind of day feels elevated, inspiring, and very “main character.”
Day 3: Montrose coffee, shopping, and cocktails
Then I’d do a Montrose day because it’s one of Houston’s most fun and personality-filled neighborhoods. Montrose is known for its art, culture, shopping, dining, and nightlife, so it’s perfect for wandering, popping into cute spots, and ending the night with cocktails. This is where I’d lean into the stylish, creative side of Houston.
Day 4: Buffalo Bayou + one of Houston’s coolest hidden gems
We would definitely spend time around Buffalo Bayou Park, because it is one of the prettiest ways to take in the city. I’d pair that with a visit to the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern, which started as one of Houston’s early underground reservoirs and is now one of the most unique spaces in the city. It’s the kind of place that feels unexpected and unforgettable.
Day 5: Live music and nightlife energy
Houston nightlife deserves its own day. I’d build a night around one of the neighborhoods Visit Houston highlights for going out, like Downtown, Midtown, or Montrose, depending on the vibe we wanted. I love that Houston can do cozy cocktail lounge, rooftop energy, live music, or full girls-night-out all in the same city.
Day 6: Foodie day, no rushing
One day is strictly for eating our way through the city, because Houston’s food scene is the main event. Visit Houston highlights the city’s nationally recognized dining scene, and that’s exactly how I’d treat the day: brunch, a cute coffee stop, dinner somewhere vibey, then a nightcap. This city does flavor so well, and that’s part of what makes visiting here so fun.
Day 7: A choose-your-own-Houston adventure day
For the last day, I’d leave room for whatever fit their personality best. If they’re into culture, we’d do more museums. If they want outdoors, we’d stay around the park and skyline areas. If they want photos and people-watching, we’d do one more stylish neighborhood day. Houston is great because you can make the week feel luxurious, artsy, laid-back, or energetic depending on who’s visiting.
What I think makes Houston exciting is the mix of people and experiences. You can go from world-class art to a rooftop concert, from a quiet green space to nightlife, from a food hall to a beautiful cocktail spot, all without the city losing its personality. That’s why I love it here. Houston feels big, vibrant, creative, and full of possibility — and I think that same energy naturally connects to my brand too: lifestyle, new beginnings, beautiful experiences, and making people feel at home.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Without a doubt, I would dedicate this shoutout to my husband, Damian. He deserves so much credit in my story because he has been such a steady source of love, support, encouragement, and partnership through every season. Building a business is one thing, but building a life and a vision with someone who truly believes in you is something special — and that’s what Damian has been for me.
He has supported not only my goals in real estate, but also the bigger purpose behind everything I do. He understands that for me, this business is not just about houses — it’s about helping people create new beginnings, build wealth, and step into the next chapter of their lives. Having a partner who sees the vision, speaks life into it, and walks alongside me in it has made such a difference.
Damian also deserves recognition because he is part of the heart behind the brand. So much of what we represent — love, legacy, new beginnings, family, faith, and building something meaningful together — is reflected in the life we’re creating side by side. Our story inspires me, and I know it naturally pours into the way I serve my clients and show up for my community.
More than anything, I’m grateful that this journey is not just mine alone. It’s something we are building together, and I think that deserves to be honored.
