I’m a professional Loctician specializing in loc extensions, maintenance, and transformations that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. My journey in the beauty industry started with a passion for natural hair care and a commitment to helping people embrace their loc journey with ease and style.

What sets me apart? Precision, quality, and a personalized touch. I take pride in crafting seamless, natural-looking locs that are long-lasting and tailored to each client’s unique needs. My attention to detail and dedication to healthy hair ensure that every client leaves my chair feeling empowered and looking amazing.

From starting small to growing into a trusted name, Houston Loc Fairy is built on skill, passion, and a deep love for the loc community. Whether you’re starting locs, maintaining them, or adding extensions, I’m here to make your loc journey smooth, stylish, and stress-free.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Things have been going amazingly well! Houston Loc Fairy has been growing, and I’ve been blessed with so many incredible clients who trust me with their loc journeys. The demand for loc extensions and maintenance has been higher than ever, which has been both exciting and humbling.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey lately has been seeing the transformations—whether it’s someone starting their locs for the first time, repairing damaged locs, or adding length with seamless extensions. The smiles and confidence my clients leave with remind me why I love what I do.

Of course, there have been challenges too—keeping up with demand, maintaining a work-life balance, and continuing to perfect my craft. But I thrive on growth, so I’ve been investing in new techniques, business expansion strategies, and even planning for future collaborations.

Right now, I’m most excited about expanding my brand, possibly offering training sessions or mentorship for aspiring Locticians, and maybe even creating my own line of loc care products. The journey is evolving, and I’m embracing every step of it!

When I look back on my life, I expect to be proud of:

1️⃣ Building a Successful Brand & Legacy – Watching Houston Loc Fairy grow into a trusted name in the beauty industry, helping people feel confident in their loc journeys, and possibly mentoring the next generation of Locticians.

2️⃣ Overcoming Challenges & Staying True to My Passion – The journey hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve stayed committed to my craft, continuously learning, evolving, and pushing through obstacles to create a business I love.

3️⃣ Being an Amazing Mother to my daughter Daeja – Balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood is no small feat, but ensuring Daeja grows up seeing the power of hard work, creativity, and self-belief is one of my biggest achievements. Watching her thrive and knowing I set that foundation will always be a source of pride.
