We had the good fortune of connecting with Rheisha Shol and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rheisha, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that helped me achieve success are the following: 1. Meditation 2. Journaling 3. Reading 4. Staying Active (at least 20 minutes a day) 5. Going out in nature every day (run, walk, hike) 6. Coloring/painting – it helps me to tap into my creativity

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Being an Entrepreneur in corporate America isn’t easy but it’s very rewarding. My goal as an Account Manager is to help customers optimize their current technology infrastructure. I am committed to helping businesses achieve their vision and grow as an organization. Outside of my 9-5, I am the Creator of Rhee TV. Rhee TV is a community for young entrepreneurs, choosing collaboration over competition, highlighting self-care, entrepreneurship, entertainment, media, social justice, and intersectional feminism. The challenges I have faced along my to my journey to success has taught me to be resilient and to focus on what I can control: activity and attitude.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite places in Austin are: Wonderspaces – a fun art show featuring extraordinary artwork from around the world. Here Nor There – an experiential cocktail bar in a hidden location. Hanks Austin – favorite brunch spot for bomb mimosas 🙂

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a shoutout to my mentor, Dayton Kendrick. Dayton is an Entrepreneur, Producer, MBA Graduate and multi-faceted micro-influencer, who consistently engages with followers, primarily on Instagram. Dayton has been a mentor of mine for 2 years and has been there to guide me with business decisions for Rhee TV, and balancing corporate America. Another organization that’s helped me is Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. I have been mentoring a 14-year-old girl and it’s been life-changing. This program has allowed Rhee TV to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas and host events for young ladies. The purpose of the event is to empower young women of all ages to use their voices and share lessons and experiences to encourage one another to keep following their dreams.
