We had the good fortune of connecting with Rose Hinz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rose, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
It’s not the sale that is the most important, it is the smile that we see on our customer’s face after the sale. We are people persons and we really enjoy getting to know our customers. We thrive on each person’s complete satisfaction and knowing that they received “just what they wanted” ( or a little more).

What should our readers know about your business?
ConciergeJewelry (and) Repair, Diamond and Bridal has been the outgrowth of the jewelry business i started 33 years ago with diamond imports. Our business includes jewelry appraisals, jewelry design and repurposing older and estate pieces. We also do a tremendous amount of bridal designs. our business is a concierge service, we will also make ourselves available to fit into our customers busy schedules and lifestyles. I have always prided myself as one who thinks outside the box and a am able to crystalize solutions to any jewelry dream or budget. One lesson i learned early on is that my word is my bond. That is the idea behind our brand.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
i think that one of the most appealing aspects of our community is the diverse and delicious types of food and restaurants we have. I always take out of town visitors to as many of our wonderful restaurants as possible.The types of food are endless! Also. our sports teams provide a lot of entertainment. I love to take my visitors to the game- whether Astros, Texans or Rockets.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My children have always supported my efforts in creating and running my business. similarly, I am thrilled that my daughter Nichole Mareyna is now a part of the business and i am determined to mentor and support her in this endeavor. My shoutout is dedicated to both my children.
