We had the good fortune of connecting with Sadia Ahmed and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sadia, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
As a parent, I am trying to inculcate values in my child. The confidence, etiquette, and the difference of what’s right and what’s wrong. These are basic traits which I think is mandatory to instill in your child before providing them academic education. Moral values are valued throughout the life.
So, guidance to my daughter is the consistent act that’s been continued.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Munaari Events and Entertainment took birth in 2019, back then where in south Asian community people preferred 5’7″ sleek models for their ramp. I broke the monotony by creating this platform to all ethnicity irrespective of height and weight so that all can live their dreams of walking on the ramp and by the grace of God, really kicked off great. Within short span of time, been noticed & recognized.
I also introduced the term ” Fashion Show Director and Fashion show Coordinator “

Munaari means a unique woman. This platform is for everyone who are determined and dedicated to their dreams.

Along with themed Fashion shows we have been also catering other services to the community like photography, event decoration, food catering, styling, Makeup and Hairs and others.

In this world neither is easy nor it’s impossible. On every step we all face lots of challenges and so we also did. That was Pandemic. When we were running in this marathon, suddenly stopped everything. Then I conceived and you know your priority changes.
On every step we learn, one of the things I learnt is keep moving, whether people support you or not, you must be confident to carry things on your calibre and people follow you one day. You become inspiration for many.

Now coming back slowly, few of the things still going on and fashion shows are off and on.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Wooh!! Am myself traveller and need guidance side by side to know ant place better. Likewise I also keep guiding my folk so that they can enjoy the best in the town

For Non veg South Asian restaurant would definately recommend Agas restaurant in Houston.The quality is consistent.

For veg would recommend Maharaja Bhog which caters 30 different dishes in 30 days.

For Persian, Kasra restaurant. The best in town with consistent quality

For Thai, it must be Thai Gourmet

For hangout there are several beautiful sightseeing areas and parks I would recommend.

Waterpark is another option when visiting in Summer.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Indeed every story has hero, heroine,villain and vamp, sometimes we need to give credit to even all ups and downs which push us towards our goal and it is a journey.
Right from my Mom to my sisters, to my husband ,some of my friends, & some critics, all deserve credit for this journey & am grateful to all.
