We had the good fortune of connecting with Septembria Martin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Septembria, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

My thought process of starting my own business, I thought it would be years from now. Just a dream of today for tomorrow, not really knowing that I would be propelled directly into.

I always enjoyed helping other people. It’s like I can identify someone’s need in a matter of moments of looking and talking to them.

Human Care Products came along when one day I was praying and I asked the Lord to work through me to help others. To show people that He is still the Lord and He still does perform miracles. HE did just that. I give all the credit to God.

That is where our first product came along, the Pain Relief Gel. I wanted to be able to help people who suffer from Arthritis or any form of inflammation. So after some use, the Pain Relief Gel started to become one of our biggest sellers, then More Hair Liquid Gold.

My main goal is to always put my customers first and to ensure their safety. I lead with my heart and conduct myself in a manner as if I would want to be treated by any company. The reason being, I want my customers to know that I hold myself to the highest standard of producing the best products that we can and to ensure the truth behind every word declared about the product.

What should our readers know about your business?

We are Human Care Products, LLC and what set us apart from the rest is our ability to get results and to get them consistently. We aren’t just selling a product, but a brand. We want to make sure that all of our customers receive the results that they paid for. Human Care Products is an umbrella company that specialize in growing anyones hair back within 14 days or less with daily use.

Every single customer so far have received hair growth in the 14 day timing. We love that!

What we are most proud of and excited about is the progress and results that our customers receive when using our products. We aim to be the best and to keep it that way. Integrity and honesty is everything when running a company and we are leading with that.

Nothing in life worth having, keeping, and managing is easy. It can take a lot from you spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally, but it is definitely worth it because it belongs to you, it is yours.

How do I overcome challenges? Just keep going. You gotta keep going to get to where you are trying to go, no it is not that easy to keep going, but I want my business and myself to be very successful, so I can not stop and will not stop. I’ve purposed in my heart that this will work out for me and we are not going to Plan B. We are going to work Plan A until Plan A is worked out.

The lessons I have learned along the way is that no one is going to believe or see your dream the way that you do. All of the energy will have to come from you, but God will see you through if HE call you to it.

What I want the world to know about my company and I is that we may be a little fish right now in this big ocean of water that we call the world, but we definitely are in the right environment to grow.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I love to eat out so if I invited my friends to Houston , it would be at my favorite eating spots.

Cafe Marrese- my favorite coffee shop. I love the Peruvian Coffee and I love the Allen Breakfast. This place isn’t just a coffee house, but also a worshipping center for Christians. This is a quiet place you can network and meet great people.

Liz’ s Beauty Supply is one of my favorite places to hang out and talk to my customers. This store houses all of our hair care products. They also specialize in hair braiding and styles, so it’s a one stop shop for me. Plus they feed me Ghanian food.

Rockfish- is my favorite cheap seafood place. They have nice drinks and it’s just an overall good vibe. What’s up Chris! -he’s normally my waiter there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

I would like to sincerely thank God for putting me in this position even though their have been some scary days concerning business. Secondly,  I would like to thank my past employer for being the catalyst of starting my business. Thirdly, myself. I would like to thank myself for believing in myself, for doing the impossible, for making a believer out of people when they said that it could not happen. Lastly, but definitely very important, I would like to thank all of my family, friends, customers, and everyone who started this journey with me, and who is still here. Without the collection of everyone I just mentioned, none of this would be possible and I am forever grateful to be in this position to change the world.
