We had the good fortune of connecting with Soss Taco and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Soss, what makes you happy? Why?
One thing that makes me happy is seeing people actually get inspired by my work. Ive seen a lot of folks and gotten a couple messages regarding to me inspiring to produce music. My future goal is to start a new wave and everyday i try to brainstorm new ways on how to create something new, something that has never been heard before. I want to be a pioneer and i want to be the first to create something big. One other thing that i also love and makes me happy is peoples support. Without them i wouldn’t be anything.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I happen to have an immense amount of love for music, without it i don’t know how the world would evolve. I wanted to get myself in that music world and get involved in it, so i decided to start making beats. When i first started i wasn’t really good at all, people use to even make fun of my beats at school. But as practice and time came in place, i soon mastered my body of work, and i started getting more recognition and more support. I feel like i stand out from everyone else. In every beat i make you can hear the weird, catchy and crazy sound selection on my beats, and i feel like no one has that sound.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Im more of a stay at home person and i dont really take trips, but if i had to take anyone to my favorite spot in Houston is probably galleria. The whole vibe is dope, theres a lot of places to eat and a lot of places to shop, its a lot of variety and its one of the biggest malls in the world.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to my Mom, Brother, and Sister. without their support on what i’m doing i wouldn’t evolve as a person. I love them and i thank them so much for that
