Meet Stephanie Hobbs | Fashion Stylist/ Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Hobbs and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of the Style Me Stephanie brand is CONSISENTCY. I believe when you show consistency people will take you and your brand seriously. I show up for brand each and every day, whether that’s posting style tips, posting my products and services or doing reels to show off my clients and styling abilities.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The name of my business is Style Me, Stephanie. What is Style Me Stephanie? Style Me, Stephanie, is a professional fashion consulting business that specializes in personal/fashion styling & wardrobe, personal shopping, virtual styling, photo shoots, consultations, closet revamps, speaking engagements, and fashion show coordination. Style Me Stephanie has its own product brand of statement tees, pop of color hats, and handbags with customers across the country. The Style Me Stephanie signature style in every outfit is a pop of color. My proud moment is making the cover of Huami Magazine Arkansas for the January/February 2022 issue. One thing that sets me apart from others, I take pride in educating myself daily on fashion. I can’t teach others if I don’t educate myself. I want my clients to have the knowledge of what they should wear and not wear. Has it been a smooth road? No, absolutely not! My biggest struggle was FEAR. I allowed fear to take over in the first stages of launching my business. I told myself that I wasn’t ready to start a business. I worried if I would have enough money to start my business. There were so many thoughts running through my head. But I had to stop and tell myself,” God didn’t bring you this far, for you to give it up now.” Yes, you will have struggles along the way, but never let FEAR stop you from doing what God has called you to do!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, this is easy! I live in the city of Little Rock Arkansas. I would take my best friend to some of the hottest restaurants, like Samantha’s Tap Room and Grill, Petit and Keet and Cypress Social, just to name a few. Oh, let’s not forget the best brunch spot in town, Red Door. We would go listen to some live music, Little Rock has some of the BEST entertainers in the world, So talented, in my opinion! I would take her down to the River Market District to visit the chic and gathering spots. We would also do a little shopping at the Outlet Mall and the Promenade at Chenal. We both love cocktails, so that would be part of the itinerary as well.

I would like to SHOUTOUT my friend, John F. Smith. He’s the proud owner of Designs By Jay Graphics & Marketing, LLC.  John created my website, he does all of my graphics for marketing and so much more!  Jay and I are currently in the process of revamping the Style Me Stephanie website. We want to be bring a more luxury style website to my clients.  I love working with Jay!
