Meet Stephanie Treml | Licensed Esthetician & Owner of Belle Âme Esthetics LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Treml and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephanie, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Belle Âme Esthetics LLC is more than skincare, it’s a God-led safe haven where women feel seen, heard, and supported. Having walked through some of the darkest seasons and come out refined by His grace, I know the pain of loneliness and isolation. God placed this business on my heart to make sure no woman feels alone in her struggles and to remind her she always has a friend in her esthetician. Through His guidance, compassionate care, and community outreach, I help women restore their confidence, inside and out. While I welcome women of all ages, I have a special heart for those navigating the changes and challenges of midlife.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Belle Âme Esthetics LLC is more than a skincare studio, it’s a God-led space where women feel seen, heard, and supported. While I specialize in non-invasive, results-driven treatments like professional Korean skincare, HydroDiamond facials, and advanced anti-aging services, my true mission is deeper: to create a safe haven where women can relax, be themselves, and know they’re not alone.
What sets Belle Âme apart is that every service is rooted in both professional expertise and personal connection. I’m not just treating skin, I’m caring for the person on my treatment bed, listening to their story, and making sure they leave feeling better than when they arrived. Letting my clients know they have a friend in their esthetician is just as important to me as giving them glowing skin.
I didn’t start this business from a place of ease….. quite the opposite. Before Belle Âme, I went through one of the darkest seasons of my life. I felt alone, broken, unworthy and unsure of my purpose. It was in that place that God placed a clear calling on my heart: to use my gifts to help women heal, inside and out.
Following that call wasn’t always simple, there were financial hurdles, self-doubt, and the challenge of building a business from the ground up but every obstacle became a stepping stone. I leaned on my faith, worked tirelessly, and stayed committed to the vision God gave me.
Along the way, I’ve learned that authenticity builds trust, relationships are more valuable than transactions, and success is measured by the lives you touch, not just the numbers you hit.
What I want the world to know is that Belle Âme means “beautiful soul” in French and that’s intentional. My work is about more than creating beautiful skin; it’s about honoring the beauty of each soul that walks through my door. My story is proof that God can take your deepest pain and turn it into a purpose that impacts others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My best friend recently visited from Oregon, and we packed her trip with some of my favorite Texas experiences. We spent a day in Houston exploring Hermann Park, taking a ride on the little train that circles the entire park, and then heading to the Waterwall near the Galleria for that perfect Texas photo op. We also visited The Woodlands for a little shopping and relaxing by The Waterway. I absolutely love Houston and all it has to offer. There’s always something beautiful, unique, and exciting to experience here.
Of course, no visit is complete without great food. We enjoyed flavorful Indian cuisine at Namaste, and some of the best BBQ around at Bar-A BBQ in Montgomery, owned by some of the most amazing people I’ve met since moving here 4.5 years ago. We took a scenic drive through the beautiful Sam Houston National Forest and capped it off with a visit to our church, Vibrant Church in Montgomery.
Texas truly has a different atmosphere than Oregon…. southern hospitality is alive and well here, and God is present in Texas. He is welcome here, and it shows. It was such a joy for my friend to finally experience everything I’ve been raving about for over four years.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. First and foremost, all glory goes to God — He is the one who carried me through my darkest seasons, refined me through the fire, and gave me the vision for Belle Âme Esthetics. This business wouldn’t exist without His grace, guidance, and constant presence in my life.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to my husband, who has stood by me for over 24 years through both the storms and the sunshine. His love and commitment have been a steady anchor. My children and grandchildren have also been a driving force. Their love inspires me to keep growing and showing up as the best version of myself.
I’m deeply grateful for the incredible women I’ve met through the Women’s Council of Entrepreneurs. They’ve surrounded me with encouragement, accountability, and genuine friendship. And to my clients…. many of whom have become dear friends, thank you for trusting me, sharing your hearts with me, and allowing me to be part of your lives. You are the “beautiful souls” that Belle Âme was created for.
