Hi Tasha, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Over the past few years, my life has undergone a profound transformation. I transitioned from a 9-5 routine and occasionally distant “mommy mode” to embracing a business-oriented lifestyle while being fully present for my children. This evolution now allows me the luxury of dedicated time for both self-care and attentive parenting. This shift brings me immense excitement, as it eradicates the previous mommy guilt I experienced due to missing out on significant moments in my children’s lives while working a rigid job. I am genuinely thrilled about the positive impact this change has on my family and myself. The weight of guilt stemming from calling in sick or not being available for my team has been replaced by the joy of being consistently present for my kids and embracing a flexible and adaptable lifestyle.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

The path to my current business success was not without its challenges, but those obstacles have been crucial in shaping my journey. It wasn’t an easy road, but overcoming the difficulties has been immensely rewarding.

Throughout this journey, I learned that perseverance, adaptability, and a strong belief in my vision were essential. There were times when setbacks and doubts arose, but I leaned on my faith and the support of my children to keep moving forward. When faced with obstacles, I sought creative solutions and remained open to adjusting my strategies.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I credit all of my current and future achievements to both God and my children. My unwavering faith in the belief that everything will ultimately unfold for the better has been a driving force behind my journey. Additionally, my children’s consistent support in promoting my business and sharing in my aspirations has played an instrumental role in getting me to where I am today. I hold deep gratitude for these factors that have brought me to this point in my life.
