Hi Treva, what is the most important factor behind your success?
My drive and passion for helping people. I am very detailed with explaining and a great listener. I’m always educating myself so the I can stay up to date on daily changes in the real estate industry to be the very best for my clients.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a Top Producing Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer. The Real Estate Industry is very competitive so being unique is what sets me apart from the competition. Before entering into the real estate industry, I worked in Corporate America in Accounting, so crunching numbers is second nature to me. I also ran a very successful credit repair business for 5 years before getting into real estate. I decided to get into real estate and see my clients all the way to the finish line. Being well versed and knowledgeable on the entire process of a real estate transaction, sets me apart from my competition. The real estate market and mortgage industry is constantly changing, so I take multiple continuing educational courses monthly to stay up to date and offer the exceptional services to my clients. I’m excited to see how my business has grown in just 4 years. It was very hard for me because, I’m not from Houston, so I didn’t have a sphere of influence to market to. I simply put in hours of work every single day. If was very difficult in the beginning but I remain focused and kept striving to be the very best version. I work with buyers, sellers, investors and renters helping to achieve their real estate goals. Not everyone will be ready to purchase or sell at the moment they contact me. If there is a barrier stopping them at the moment, I help with creating a strategy to get you to your real estate goals. I believe that everyone can achieve their real estate goals and I help with achieving that goal, by finding you the right loan product for you unique situation or finding you that perfect home.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Houston has so many things to do and wonderful restaurants. I love to eat at Perry’s Steakhouse, Peli Peli, Torchy’s Taco’s and Black Walnut Cafe. For hanging out, I often go to LaCenterra in Cinco Ranch, it offers shopping, eateries and recreation in one centralized location.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mother has always been my inspiration. At a very young age, she instilled in me to always pursue my dreams and goals. Behavior is taught and I have followed in my mother’s footsteps by having a strong work ethic & knowing the importance of family and values.
