We had the good fortune of connecting with Vivian Rachele and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vivian, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habits that have helped me succeed in my business have been praying for my life and business daily and specifically. I also study the bible daily to apply godly principles to my business. Each week, I prepare my schedule with household tasks, networking events and client meetings, etc. It is so important to enter each day of the week with the right mindset and strategy. After each networking event, I follow up with potential leads and new contacts to connect in the near future. It helps to be outwardly focused and understand the pain points and overall perspective of your target market.
What should our readers know about your business?
What sets me apart from other accounting firms is that I understand the importance of excellent customer service and communication, this is a key part of my service delivery. It is important for business owners to be informed about their numbers so that they can make important business decisions. Bookkeepers are a vital part of back-end business operations, no matter the size of the business. I like to meet with all potential clients to find out their specific needs since no two businesses are alike. I specialize in QuickBooks Online Accounting Software which is the most used platform across most industries. I am committed to always learning in my business and being flexible to changes whether that be in technology, accounting or business overall.
It has not been easy being a business owner, but I have learned to continue sharing about my business wherever I go and being bold in communicating the value behind my services. I thoroughly enjoy socializing with other business owners in the community and supporting them as much as I can. Sometimes you have to “give” more to others before you start to receive something back and that’s okay. It’s all part of the process.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give credit to God, obviously. He has really allowed my to stay grounded through this entire process of entrepreneurship. Then I would like to also thank my small but growing community on social media, composed of friends from church, other amazing small business owners and family. It has been so encouraging having their support and recognition. Lastly, I would also like to recognize my supportive husband who encouraged me to start this business and has spurred me on consistently. He has always been a great sounding board for ideas and so much more.
