We had the good fortune of connecting with Radejah Woodson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Radejah, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The principle that matters the most to me is integrity. I want my customers to always know I care about the quality of my products and will always present to them the best quality.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me a pert from others? My hard work and my drive. I love to be original; I try to make my designs different from other brands, but I also like to keep up with what’s popular. I am most excited about what the futures hold for my brand. I’m excited to see how far I can go. But the ultimate goal is to be able to work full time for myself. I am proud of how far I have come. I face different challenges every day. I’m still in the beginner stages of starting a business. It’s hard to find reliable vendors with good quality. I’ve learned you can’t please everyone when it comes to what they want to wear. You just have to appreciate the ones who can also see your vision. I want the world to know that it’s okay to chase your dreams. No matter how hard things may seem, never give up because you never know how close the finish line is.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my friend for brunch on Sunday at Kamp. Kamp is such a vibe. The food is great, and they play good music. Tuesday we would go to Atomic Bottle for taco Tuesday. Wednesday we would go to the main event to bowl and play arcade games. Thursday, also known as “Guilt Thursdays” we would go to a lounge and catch vibes and enjoy happy hour.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a major shoutout to God because without him none of this would be possible.
