Through our work we have been constantly amazed at the incredible things people in every neighborhood are working on. What’s even more exciting is that they all have different stories, backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses. That there isn’t a single formula for success means that everyone can take their unique set of strengths and characteristics and turn it into a success story. We recently reached out to some folks we admire and asked them what characteristics they feel are responsible for their success.

I know I am going to sound sooo lame and cheesy, though the answer to the most important factor behind my success is a deep desire to help people. I became a Realtor because I really wanted to make a difference for people and I was looking for a new (to me) way to do that. When you’re driven by a love for people and genuinely care, you do whatever it takes to get the job done. And, people can feel that. We can sense and we know when someone really cares about us and gives us their all. I strongly believe this is the reason most of clients are referred to me by past clients or people who know me. I think what sets me apart is that I truly do just want to be a problem solver for as many people I can, and real estate is simply the mode I’ve found I can do that the most in. When people are your passion, there’s nothing that can stop you. Read more>>
