We had the good fortune of connecting with El Grande PapiRatzi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi El Grande PapiRatzi, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“Small thing for a Giant…”
That is one of my favorite affirmations. Being a little person with the big name, El Grande PapiRatzi, we strive to produce the big images and ideas el grande. Plus hailing from Houston. We live up to the adage of everything is bigger in the great state of Texas. This is the Big Life.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
El Grande PapiRatzi is a visual artist. Mixing elements of theatrical production, beauty and high fashion. In order to bring images with the highest visual impact.
We would like to be remembered for being creative and different. We don’t just take pictures. We create art. Each production we engage in. We try to out do our last project. Forever pushing the envelope of creativity.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The heart of the city is the downtown district. Uptown for every type of divine cuisine. The theater district for the arts and entertainment. Houston’s Herman Park area is must visit location also to witness all the beauty this city has to offer
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Three of the major influences on me as a Photographer. Were these three mighty men. They took me under there wing as mentors. Showing and teaching me the tricks of the trade. The technical aspects, business aspects, how to make clients comfortable in front of the camera and lighting.
