Meet Pachion Randle | Criminal Justice B.S. & Online Fashion Boutique Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pachion Randle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pachion, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is my daughter. I say that because she’s my reason for any and everything. She is the reason why I go so hard for my brand, in general. Every thing I do today will reflect on her tomorrow, and I could never let her down! As far as the most important factor behind the success of my brand is me. I’m the most important factor behind the success of my brand because I’m making big things happen for the Palace. Visualizing my work from afar and seeing great things happen within the Palace, from doing collaborations with other businesses to walking in fashion events, warms my heart! It makes me even more proud of myself than I already am. Plenty of things come behind being a CEO in the fashion industry. Behind the scenes is where all of the creativity and bright opinions are- I love it, it definitely keeps me on my toes!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I absolutely love my corporate job! I love helping people in any way that I can, and that’s what makes my 9-5 job perfect for me. After graduating high school in 2016, I went to Wharton County Junior College. I did one year there, where I completed my prerequisites, and then transferred to Sam Houston State University. It was a hard transition for me, truly. Trying to balance work and school was uneasy at first. I had no friends/family on or near campus, so adjusting to a whole new city was different for me. I got tired of feeling lonely, so I began to step out and socialize more. Luckily, I met so many amazing people from school and work who are now forever friends! I’ve been making great connections ever since. After all, Sam Houston State ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From struggles and some of the best moments of my life there were worth it. In December 2020, I graduated from Sam Houston State with my bachelor’s of science degree and in January 2021 I began working in my career field. I’ve always wanted to work in the criminal justice field, but still work with children-juveniles. So, then I knew that working with younger children with developmental and/or behavioral issues was the route for me. After everything, I’m most proud of how far I’ve come! As a little girl, I’ve always known which road I’ve wanted to take career wise. I used to always pretend to be a lawyer or teacher, on the computer just typing and talking away! I’ve accomplished being a teacher. I’ve taught little’s for about 9 years now. I’ve went to school for criminal justice, which is halfway to being a lawyer. I’m in a corporate position and loving it! I’m a business woman, and doing all of this as a mother. Gosh, I love me!

Honestly, I am where I am today because I never give up. I’ve realized that in life, you have to keep going. Push through for YOU. And if no-one is proud of you and there to cheer you on, be proud of yourself and cheer yourself on!
My brand represents me, which is loud and lovely. The meaning behind the Palace is just complete love and happiness! Any shade of pink can vouch for that. The dolls are the pieces to the whole puzzle! They are amazing and full of love. I wouldn’t trade them for anything. I made something out of much of nothing. If I can, you can. Stay focused!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely show my best a great time! Some of the hottest restaurants in town are the Taste Bar, Quotes, Lotus, Lost&Found, and Grace’s, in my opinion. I would take her to the Taste Bar for breakfast, I would plan a nice and early breakfast for us there. Shopping wise, I would take her downtown to the Galleria and to get a quick snack at Cinnabon. We would then visit an art museum, go to the beach/park, or maybe attend an art session. There are plenty of cute art set ups downtown. Plenty of ways to get creative! We absolutely have to go to my favorite nail salon. I would get her a good massage going and have her nails, toes, and eyebrows done as well. I have to make sure she is dolled up at each occasion! After visiting the nail salon, I would love to attend a fashion event with her. Quotes or Grace’s would most likely be the place for lunch. I absolutely love Grace’s chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, and macaroni. Quotes has the best seafood pasta ever! Everything about that place is so nice. My favorite part is the second floor, a private area. It’s so nice and quiet. It is a new place, so everything is updated. We would ride scooters, and explore the main and most hottest parts of Houston. I love giving city tours!
After a quick nap and much gained energy, I would barbie us up in the most fashionable Palace fits to get us ready for the nighttime festivities. For dinner, we would go sit at Lost&Found. I love the nice setting out on their patio. Especially when it’s perfect weather outside! From there, we would go to the Address, Prospect Park, Kamp, or Surfside to end and enjoy the night. Each of those places have a great outside setting! Nice music, great food, great drinks for a reasonable price. The type of people that I associate are full of love and compassion. Wherever we go, we attract. Me and my best would step out together and have a great time- like we always do!
Meet new people, laugh until our stomachs ache, eat because that’s our favorite thing to do, and talk like we just met. I love all of my people. The ones who have been there through it all with me. Especially the ones who believe in, and encourage me because they truly see my full potential. I appreciate you’ll for everything, the love is everlasting.
Houston is definitely where it’s at!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, the Most High. Without him, nothing was/is possible. On my hardest days in the industry, he made it happen. There were so many things that I was afraid to do, but gave it a chance anyway. I succeeded each time! I know it was nothing but him. Each person who is behind the scenes with me, truly and genuinely helping me figure it out when needed- thank you. I’d like to thank each Palace doll for sticking with the Palace and representing the brand so well! Nothing that you do goes unnoticed. To my fellow business partners and friends, thank you! Thank each of you for guiding me in the right direction. Every piece of advice given is noted.
