We had the good fortune of connecting with Rosemary Salem and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rosemary, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Integrity and honesty are two core values that I hold dear, as they are intrinsically linked. Embracing both virtues allows for making well-informed decisions based on reality and truth. Deception can silently erode dreams, goals, visions, and ideas, underscoring the paramount importance of upholding integrity and honesty in every aspect of life. These values form the foundation of my beliefs, guiding me on a path of authenticity and transparency.

What should our readers know about your business?
My journey began at Westwood College, where I pursued Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management. During this time, I dipped my toes into various entrepreneurial ventures, including network marketing, music management for local independent artists in Atlanta and Memphis, and even a mobile bartending business. I also explored the fashion world and event management, producing fashion shows and other city events. Upon graduation, I realized I wanted more. I let go of my side hustles to fully commit to my career as a Business and Branding Coach. This led to the launch of my Branding and Marketing Firm, now known as COETOCEO Agency. Our primary mission is to help SMEs transition from being the Chief of Everything to becoming the CEO, creating passive income with AI and automation. As a keynote speaker, AI trainer, and E-commerce strategist, I assist founders in becoming speakers, authors, and coaches.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Alright, here’s a more conversational and paragraph-style version:

So, if my best friend were coming to Houston for a week, I’d want to give them the ultimate experience of this awesome city! We’d kick off the trip with a mouthwatering Tex-Mex brunch in the Museum District, and then dive into exploring some of the fantastic museums like the Museum of Fine Arts and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

The next day, we’d hit up the East Downtown area, also known as EaDo, to try out some of the best food trucks in town. From tasty tacos to finger-licking BBQ, it’s a foodie paradise! And while we’re there, we can’t miss the vibrant street art and murals.

On day three, we’d take a little road trip to Galveston Island! It’s just a short drive from Houston, and we’d soak up the sun on the beach, maybe try some kayaking or paddleboarding, and explore the historic Strand District for some cool shopping and sightseeing.

Now, for the space enthusiasts, day four is a dream come true! We’d visit the famous Space Center Houston and immerse ourselves in all things space and science. Maybe we’ll even take a tram tour and see where astronauts train!

By day five, it’s time to relax and enjoy the beauty of Buffalo Bayou Park. We can take a leisurely stroll or rent bikes to explore the scenic trails along the bayou. Plus, the views of the Houston skyline from the park are simply breathtaking!

Since we’re in Houston, we can’t pass up the opportunity to check out the city’s thriving craft brewery scene on day six. We’ll hop from one local brewery to another, tasting delicious brews and maybe even taking a brewery tour.

And finally, for our last day, we’ll treat ourselves to a fancy brunch at a trendy spot and then head over to the Houston Zoo for some fun and adorable animal encounters.

Throughout the week, we’d also make sure to catch some live music, as Houston’s music scene is top-notch! And since Houstonians are known for their friendliness, I’m sure we’ll make new friends along the way.

Oh, and before I forget, we absolutely have to end each day with a visit to one of the city’s rooftop bars. There’s no better way to wind down and enjoy the stunning views of the city lights.

I’m telling you, this itinerary would be a blast! Houston has so much to offer, and I know we’d create unforgettable memories together during that week.
