We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Peña and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We R Prosprus is a reflection of my Life, based upon the journey of Passion leading me to Peace, where I eventually found Prosperity. With every piece created being a fragment of the process, whether through photography or music. All that I create comes from a moment of great presence and awareness to the experience/reality before me. Using Passion as the fuel to dive within moments to discover the treasure of its purpose, where I find Peace. Inevitably leading to Prosperity, as I realize that Life is a collection of lessons until you realize that they’re Blessings. Using these Blessings to create lessons for others to understand in their own unique ways, respectfully. Providing a Love/Light that can be shared on All levels, assisting whomever is in need, in whatever form most efficient.

This perspective and way of Life has led me to creating We R Prosprus, with the encourage/support from those who believe in my talents and gifts. Providing me the opportunities and success of today. Allowing me to share this Love in many ways, that continuously opens doorways to the next opportunity. Creating such beautiful relationships and networks that always guide me through effortlessly, with the only obstacle being patience. Especially, when you fall from the highs to the lows.

As we graduate to the next, we always start at the bottom to ascend again. Which teaches me the importance of humility, so that I may learn the lesson as intended, to keep from having to repeat it again. A lesson that took me nearly 30 years and a world of frustration to truly grasp

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I enJoy the nature and art of Houston. Starting off with Buffalo Bayou park with the iconic Houston skyline in the backdrop. Especially from the top of the Police Memorial’s pyramid. It’s such a beautiful commemoration, and One of the few pyramids around(in addition to Moody Gardens in Galveston). Followed by a walk along the bayou into downtown to grab a quick bite at Post. Where the variety of food, atmosphere, and views is always a great experience. The perfect introduction to an adventure through the heart of the city. Where art fills the air with vibrance and array of energy, moving persistently…and once it’s All said and done. It’s time to head to Frank’s for a slice and a cold drink to cap it off!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give a major shout out to the Queen, who reminds me of the King that I Am on the daily. Her existence and presence alone inspires me to be the best version of myself in All aspects of Life. A partner to learn and grow with individually, where we each have unique strengths, and collectively. Where we bring our gifts together to create something even greater. The Love that reminds me daily of the purpose behind it All. To be of service.
