We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Caballero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe the most important factor to our success has been staying authentic to who we are. Raven is in real life a brat! And we don’t hide that. She is demanding, and bossy (our own fault no denying that either). She is definitely the alpha. FeeFee is a big baby, and a real sweetheart despite how she looks. Fee loves her family, and looks up to her “big” little sister.
Our videos and pictures show this, and I think the that pet parents and people in general not only connect with it, but appreciate the honesty. The “girlz” are just being themselves, so it is easy.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Supervisor at one of the largest nationwide Orthotic and Prosthetic companies. For those who do not know what that is, it means making limbs and devices like back braces, leg braces, arm braces, and more.

I think what sets me apart from the other supervisors is when new people start I have heard others there refer to me as “the cool boss”. I do try to keep a laid back attitude and build people up.

I am proud of the fact that I created the guidelines on what materials are used for certain laminations. It may not sound like a big deal, but in this industry it is. The weight of a patient and activity level matters.

I got to where I am by working my way up from a maintenance person. I literally worked my way into a career. I am well versed and have worked in every main section within our fabrication lab. I am very skilled when it comes to prosthetics (making legs). I moved up into management. I have been doing this for 32 years now.

I would not say it was easy. I was mentored some, and self taught a lot. Some of it was trial and error, and sometimes just trying, and seeing what worked. I’ve always been blessed in that I am good with my hands. So that definitely helped.
Even though many consider me to be an expert in the field I always try to keep the attitude of, you can always learn. There is always something you can learn, no matter how good you are.

I think the lessons I have learned along the way, were what kind of supervisor/manager I did and didn’t want to be. I “didn’t” want to be the jerk that talked over people, or just didn’t listen. You know that guy who thinks he knows it all.
I “did” want to be the supervisor/manager that you can talk to, who will listen and be open minded and hear a person out.

I think I would like the world to know I addition to the work I do, that literally helps people walk and run (sometimes for the first time ever), I also manage the Puppalliciousgirlz.

Raven and FeeFee – Puppalliciousgirlz are Social Media Influencers and Amazon Influencers. We try to donate to our local shelter or animal causes when we can. We also have the “The Brat Pack” which are feral cats we have fixed and take care of. The Brat Pack is of course, ever evolving.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Woodlake Community Park has the coolest (fenced) sectioned off dog areas for little dogs and big dogs. It is so nice and shady, they even have water bowls. There are beautiful sidewalks and lots of trees to sniff. It’s a a “pawsome” place to go smell lots of cool things like squirrels and stuff. There are benches for the humans too. There a little creek if you and your human are feeling adventurous.

The Starbucks- Murphy & Independence -they make some top shelf Pup-a-chinos. We love stopping in there.

Petco- Fort Bend Toll Way & Hwy 6 -a fun place to shop! It is always fun to go look at the fish and hamsters.

Petsmart- 1092 & Hwy 6 -We like to check out the toys and stuff.

Home Depot- Hillcroft & Beltway 8 -We like to help daddy pick out stuff he needs.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Tiffany Pena-Rayne helped guide me on my journey learning the ins and outs of posting videos on social media. She also gives me and the “girlz” love and encouragement on a daily basis. She takes very good care of us, and is a source of unwavering love and support.
