Hi Natalie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind Pack Nine stands between quality and safety. When it comes to quality, Pack Nine reassure services for your dog to feel confident in doing what they are bred to do. Considering safety, precautions are taken in advance to ensure safety for both humans and canines.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Facing reality, I knew the dog industry would be a challenge considering families hold their fur babies near to their hearts. Handling a multitude of breeds, it was highly important for me to understand dogs behavior, characteristics, working groups, and even their capabilities for safety. Learning these dynamics, I faced struggles of people being afraid of their own dogs, poor handling owners, dogs that faced lack of attention and even cases of overwhelming attention for the dogs. Due to these past struggles, Pack Nine offers custom services based on your fur babies individual needs!

My childhood was surrounded by many fur friends I thought should be at my home the minute I laid my eyes on them. As time went by, I began to understand that there was a significant difference between dog lovers and dog people. A light bulb clicked on that I had grew to be a dog person. If you’re wondering the difference, let’s just say dog lovers may love dogs from a far based on their size, breeds, demeanor, & likely just their very own dog. Dog people see beyond the outer appearances of dogs and are able to adapt to any dog’s personality regardless of the dog characteristics & dimensions. Simply knowing someone else loves and cares for your dog the same way you would can rest assure you to plan that vacation or even handle personal needs. With this understanding, I knew I could be a helping hand by starting to care for only family & friends fur babies for safety reasons. Overtime, I grew stubborn with God by daring not to advertise or even let people know about the services I had to offer. Often times my conversations with God expressed that customers would have to be placed in my lap if this was what my hands were purposed for. Let’s just say, the joke was on me. Word of mouth traveled much further than I could imagine with customers asking me for a multitude of custom needs. With the service request I received, I created a servicing list that extended as far as grooming services and knew I would eventually need a business name. I wanted a “Pack” your dog can be apart of regardless of being a tripod or an energetic pal wanting to have some fun! “Nine” which is short terms of the word “canine” and also represents a significant number in my family from our birth dates. We are Pack Nine!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, I give honor and thanks to God for giving me the vision and resources of Pack Nine. I’ve been blessed with a hefty support system that includes family, friends, & many pet parents. Starting with a shout out to my dear sister Chelsey, who always listens & motivate me through my expressive ideas. A shout out to my parents who inspired my love for animals. My Grandmother for always encouraging me to keep God in the center of my life. My Uncle Bart & Aunt Sharon who never misses a chance to show up for me. Jada who has been my rock since birth! The Blanden family who always share words of advice and wisdom. My sister Kiesha for sharing innovative ideas for my growth. My brother Nick who is always hands on helping. My bestfriends Alex & Jaylon who listens to my thousands of dog stories. My special friend Bryant who pushes me to thrive in moments I feel I can’t. My uncles and aunts who motivates me to make my dreams a reality. My dog Bronco who protects his mom even when he is scared at most lol! Last but not least, my pet parents who choses me to share moments with their beloved fur babies. You all are my reason and couldn’t do a shoutout with out the recognition. I appreciate and love you all dearly!
