Jessica , we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Impressive Results By Jess, started off as me rebranding my beautician business. I have been obsessed with hair and beauty since taking cosmetology courses in high school. I started experimenting with making my own products using natural oils after treating some of my family members’ hair issues. The products did so well that my family members started to tell others about my products and that was when they began to request my products. Once the products began to take off I decided to take some time off from my job as a police officer to follow my first love.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.

Moving forward the Impressive Team and I decided we wanted to begin helping other like minded people reach their potential. We then started Jess Marketing & Mimosas Events. Our Marketing events provided a safe space for Men & Women to network if they were entrepreneurs or just looking for ways to build their communication skills. It was amazing seeing so many people benefit from the movement. This assisted with drawing more attention to our YouTube channel Impressive Results By Jess. Our subscribers grew almost to the 5oo without running ADS. At the beginning of 20204 our podcast was picked up by KERBonline.live and we have a show every Saturday 6p-7p Impressive Results by Jess Podcast “JessTalks”. We have a positive platform with mental health as our driving point because “When we look good we feel Good.”

Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
Life has taught me so many lessons! In each season of my life I had to preserver to reach the next goal with grace and understanding. Whenever I would get a Buisness idea and didn’t know how I would achieve my goal I would look back through my journals remembering the last goal I reached and was unsure of. In times like theses I allowed my achievements to assist me in reaching my next goal. I tell myself ” I live on purpose with purpose on purpose. We have to remember to be the person we needed to see growing up. Nobody is perfect, but we should always strive for perfection. Life is give and take so the trade off is killing off the little girl or boy in you to birth the Man or Woman to reach success.
