Meet Sharon Joubert-Gilbert | Chiropractor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sharon Joubert-Gilbert and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sharon, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was the opportunity for growth, innovation, and profitability.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’ve been in private practice for 23 years now. All glory to God! After graduating from chiropractic college, I started worked at a chiropractor’s office to get my feet wet and then moved from there and working at two other medical offices. I was then able to gather experience in clinical as well as business skills. Over these past 23 years I’ve certainly experienced some roller coaster rides along the way. But the good certainly outweighs the bad. I overcome challenges with prayer and walking by faith! Seeing the smiles on faces that come through my office makes it all worth it. I have a wonderful, dedicated staff that works as a team and sets a family atmosphere. We offer a variety of services to make sure we can help our patients reach optimal health; body, mind, and spirit.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take her to eat at Joey Uptown because it carries a great vibe for lunch. Then to the Galleria Mall for a little shopping. Then go to listen to some live music at The Rhythm Room.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My aunt Rosa Bass, my late mother Helen Joubert, the late Dr. Romanuel Washington, and my husband John Gilbert
