Meet Ryan Hardgraves | Leadership Trainer & Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Hardgraves and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ryan, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
Ryan used every resource he could to help men become who God intended them to be. From being a Leadership Trainer & Consultant, Life Coach, Christian Counselor, Minister and Barber, Ryan utilized each platform to serve people and offer them an opportunity to go further faster.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Good Lyfe Coaching focuses on Leadership Training & Consulting for organizations and individuals alike. Our comprehensive approach utilizes industry leading assessment tools and leverages timeless leadership principles in an innovative process to propel you “Further Faster”. Through the Lead 360 and E6 frameworks we are able to develop and encourage leaders to take the future they desire and manifest it in their current reality. After over 2 decades of professional barbering as well as nearly a decade and a half of ministry, the lessons and experiences both personally and of those we serve have created the context from which we approach leadership development. Although each person has their unique circumstances what we’ve come to understand about those who are sincere about leading others is this, everyone grows when the leader grows. We are excited about that growth for each person and organization we partner with.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The Birria Queen (4302 Almeda) is a favorite of mine and my wife as well as Southern Jerks (2950 Gears Rd). We are foodies and these are two of the best locally owned placed in Houston. Depending on when they come in town and are planning to leave, we are certainly worshipping at New Home Ministries Houston (4805 Schurmier Rd.) the people and the worship experience are top tier.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Thank you to my wife, Krischell. When the noise of life seems too loud, she prays harder and cheers louder. I’m forever grateful for her!
