Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the Founder and CEO of Career Heights Consulting Inc, a career management company that was founded 9 years ago. Career Heights was born from a place of challenge because at the time, I was making a job transition, and I realized how daunting it was to get a job having applied for several jobs and attended several interviews. So, I asked myself this question: If I never get a job again, what am I good at and what is my passion? I took me a few days to think about these questions. Afterwards, I came to the realization that I loved to write and coach people. Therefore, I decided to become a resume writer and career coach leveraging my passion and my experience as a HR professional. I wanted to help other job seekers win in their job search with the right tools, coaching and resources. I wanted them to have clarity and confidence. I eventually got a job, but I never stopped helping other people get their dream job. In 9 years, I have helped over 3000 professionals get their dream job, and this makes me proud and excited. When I help someone get a better job, I change their lives and families’ lives for the better because they are happier, more fulfilled and financially strong. I truly care about the success of my clients. I became a content creator accidentally because I created pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tik Tok to share tips, strategies and resources to help people get their dream jobs and thrive in it. My followers loved my content. They started engaging with my content, liking it, sharing it and commenting. Because of this, my followers have grown to over 122k followers. I get new followers every week. The main lesson that I have learned along the way is if you genuinely care about the success of your clients and followers, you will be successful too. The 2nd lesson that I have learned is hard work, dedication, perseverance and consistency pays off eventually.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love massages, good food and movies. I would take them for a nice relaxing massage. Then we would do lunch/dinner and movies. I like Chinese food, Greek food, Caribbean food and African food.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my wonderful and supportive husband who has partnered with me and given me the wings to fly. I would also like to recognize my three children, my parents, siblings, contractors and all my followers across all the social media platforms. I am who I am largely due to their support, encouragement and engagement. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity and privilege that I have to positively impact and influence the lives of people globally.
