Hi Jah, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Determination, dedication, and will power

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am an International Reggae Recording Artist Originally from Portland Jamaica. 🇯🇲 I have a passion for music itself and learned directly from some of the famous names of Reggae. What makes me unique is the way I fuse different genres and fields without straying too far from the Roots. I am proud to be the Owner/ CEO of J L GLOBALRLLC , a small but growing record label and studio based out of Tampa Florida. My dedication and Charisma got me to where I am today as and Artist who still has far way to go. It’s been a long and hard road , I have fought off hunger, depression amongst other things, learning humility and patience in the process , knowing how long it takes doesn’t matter too much as the blessings is sure. I want the World to become Familiar with the Brand Jah Lep, I represent love, prosperity, motivation , and resilience, I am a living proof where you come from does not determine where you end up or achieve, that just depends on you, and the most high God!.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A week long trip to tampa would include frequent trips to golden krust, jerk hut, the Jamaican restaurants in Tampa, while in Orlando it would be Negril and Caribbean sunshine bakery. Definitely the beaches in Clearwater, my favorite is Indian Rocks beach , On a Saturday it’s Soccer with the Jamaicans the valrico field Providence on a Sunday with the Spanish guys. There’s club Prana in Ybor city but I mostly party in Orlando, wine down Wednesdays downtown Orlando and rum jungle on a Friday night .

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Firstly myself pushing on in times when am at my lowest. Next to the J L Global R LLC Team, Musicians, Engineers Vocalists, Management and PR.
