We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Fermo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
The 3 Bros Running company helps our community by putting on a racing event (5k/10ks/half marathons) in which everyone can add to their calendars as a goal race to run. Training is important to this so each runner will have to train for the race in order to have a successful race day. Not only is the 3 Bros Running Company putting on races but we are also using social media (YouTube, IG, TikTOK, Twitter) to highlight each city we have a race in. In our social media post we visit businesses, eat at local restaurants, and go sightseeing. By doing this we make the cities we have races in a destination race where runners not only race in but can go out and check out the places shown to them in our videos. So we are striving for the health of the individual and also the success of the communities we hold races in.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our company is called 3 Bros Running Company. We want to bring big city racing to small towns in Texas to showcase the city and its business.  I think what makes us special is that we are not only a running company but also a marketing company in the ways we utilize social media to tell our story. I believe that if there is a good story for people to follow it’ll bring loyalty to our brand. With all my years in creating videos on YouTube, I’m bringing that knowledge to our company to bring top quality stories through video in all form factors. Marketing is very different from past years and by utilizing a modern marketing technique I believe we can get our name out there and with that people to run our races.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a friend visits my area here in SETX. One of the top spots I’d bring them to is the world’s largest working fire hydrant here in Beaumont, TX. It makes for a great photograph and is just a cool unexpected thing to see. Afterwards we would head over to Orange, TX to check out the Shangri-La Botanical Gardens which is a fantastical place in the middle of the downtown there. For lunch I’d probably take them to Old Orange Cafe, which is in an old milk bottling companies building. There we would have some Gumbo and talk about our next adventure which would be an airboat ride around the SETX swamps in search for some gators. Finally after all the excitement we would end up at Rao’s Bakery for some gelato and coffee to end the night.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out all the members of the Golden Triangle Strutters. This is a running group that I co-founded with my brother William. I’ve not only ran with them but made many good friends throughout the years. Many of the GTS members have pushed us to start a running company to put on races and because of that here we are. So thank you to each member of GTS!
