We had the good fortune of connecting with Jah Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jah, is there a life experience you can think of that you feel has had a profound impact on your life or career?
Love brought me to Houston, TX, and it provided me with the best inspiration possible to become a newborn, baby, and family photographer: my son.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I celebrate the diverse, unique aspects of my clients by making each session a special occasion. Not a fussy one — although my clients do call me a “baby whisperer” — but a wonderful celebration of your life and the love you share with your family. I create custom outfits, settings and compositions and apply advanced finishing techniques to accentuate every last detail in the photograph for a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork your family can enjoy for decades to come. Seeing the joy on your face when you see your finished portraits is what makes it all worthwhile.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
