If not giving up was always the right answer life would be so easy. History shows us that sometimes quitters prosper and sometimes they miss out. Knowing when to quit and when to keep going is one of the most difficult questions and so we asked folks we admire to tell us how they think through this question.

Honestly speaking, I strongly go by what i say when i tell people to never give up. There is definitely a difference between quitting/giving up, and letting go. I think that people tend to underestimate their own power. If you have a dream, and something that you REALLY want, and have that need and passion, then there isn’t a point where it’s required that you give up. It could take a day, and it could take a year. It can take 5 years. There are days i tell myself i want to quit. But i have a desire that keeps me going, because i know what i want and what’s right for MYSELF even if nobody else believes in me. Honestly, since I don’t believe in giving up, I would rephrase it as “How to know whether to keep going or transition your business?” Every place you end up is an opportunity to keep going. That sometimes calls you to transition Instead of giving up when things don’t work out in your favor.
