Hi Akevia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is hard work and staying genuine. I focus on showing up consistently, putting in the effort, and always being true to who I am. Whether it’s helping someone with real estate, credit repair, or anything else I offer, I prioritize building real connections and trust.

I believe success comes from listening to people, understanding their needs, and delivering value in a way that feels authentic. I also stay open to learning and evolving, which has helped me grow and stand out. At the end of the day, it’s about being consistent, adaptable, and genuinely caring about what I do.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m excited to share more about my business and what makes it so special. I focus on helping people through real estate, credit repair, and tax and resume services, but what truly sets me apart is the relationships I build along the way. Most of my clients start as strangers, but by the end of our journey, they often feel like friends. That connection is what drives me….it’s not just about providing a service…. it’s about being someone they can trust and rely on.

I’m incredibly proud of the impact I’ve had on my clients lives, whether it’s helping them find their dream home, repair their credit, or take a step toward financial independence. Seeing someone achieve a goal they once thought was impossible is what makes all the hard work worth it.

Getting here hasn’t been easy. Running multiple businesses comes with its challenges…long hours, moments of doubt, and learning to expect the unexpected. But I’ve found that staying consistent, and focusing on building genuine relationships has made all the difference.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that people want to work with someone who truly cares. By being authentic and taking the time to understand my clients stories, I’ve built trust that turns into lasting connections. I’ve also learned that adaptability is key…success comes when you’re willing to grow and evolve.

What I want the world to know about my brand is that it’s rooted in heart and hard work. Whether I’m helping someone buy a home or guiding them toward better financial health, my goal is to leave them feeling supported and empowered. This isn’t just business to me….it’s about building relationships and changing lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In short we would be OUTSIDE. Houston has too many restaurants to offer and things to do, but my favorites places I always tend to: Lost & Found, Graces, Maryz Restaurant, Lava Lounge, La Pasha, Willie Gs, Kiss, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Pappadeaux and Etc. I really like networking, so the places I like to go are more chill, settled and upscale, but if we outside outside, the options definitely changes. LOL

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely, I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my dad. He’s been the rock of our family, always holding us down and showing what it means to be a true provider. Growing up, I watched him work hard and sacrifice to ensure our family had everything we needed.

He’s the definition of a breadwinner. He’s always been there with his guidance, and that’s inspired me to push forward, even when things get tough. His work ethic and dedication to our family have shaped who I am today, and I wouldn’t be where I am without his influence.

Thank you, Dad, for being a role model and showing me what it means to work hard, love fiercely, and never give up. You’ve set the bar high, and I’m forever grateful for that.
