We had the good fortune of connecting with Andy Correa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andy, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Wanted to be able to express my love in the kitchen and serve great food to a community in which I have roots in. I grew up in Cypress and worked in the area must of my life.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our brand our style our food our service our restaurant.. All of this is centered to coming from heart. We at Andy’s Kitchen strive on following our slogan A little kitchen with a BIG heart.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to an Astors game show them Down town Houston. Then end up in Cypress Tx at Andy’s Kitchen.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to thank all my family, friends and Cypress Tx. For the support and allowing me to operate Andy’s Kitchen since 2018.
