We had the good fortune of connecting with Bethany Pulit and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bethany, what do you attribute your success to?
I truly believe the most important factor behind my success in the wedding business is the close knit community of amazing wedding vendors we have here in Buffalo, NY. Whether it’s customer referrals, trouble shooting and even just an ear to bend. We’re all in it for the greater good. And that’s making our couples wedding day unforgettable and full of life long memories.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think what sets me apart in my field is how geeked out I get over wedding design and creation. My love of all things weddings runs deep and the smallest details fill me with a lot of joy. I’m beyond excited for my 2022 wedding season and the fresh take I’m working on for event signage.
Getting to where I am now took a bit of time and patience. Now for those who know me well, patience is definitely not my strong suit. I’m the type of person who when I attempt to learn something new, I want to be proficient asap. Which is next to impossible and I just have to tell myself to slow down. I am in constant practice of learning the fine art of patience…but, can it hurry up?
What I’d like my couples to know about my brand is that I’m here to facilitate in your wedding dreams. Whether it be something as simple as a welcome sign for their guest to see as the enter the venue. It may look like lines and circles to some people, but for a lack of a better word, it’s truly my passion.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a Buffalonian, we as a collective bunch are ridiculously proud of our Queen City. Now we have a reputation of snow storms, chicken wings and sports teams that just can’t make it to the big show. But we are so much more than that! We have beautiful summers, art, music, culture and some of the friendliest folks you’d ever meet.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My small business wouldn’t be what it is today without the help, love and unwavering support of my family, friends and fellow wedding vendors. To say that I have a bunch of incredible people in my corner, is an understatement.
