We had the good fortune of connecting with Brad Blazar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brad, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Over time, my approach to work–life balance has evolved significantly. Earlier in my career, I was far more focused on pushing hard, building, and saying yes to everything. But as I’ve gotten older, my priorities have shifted. Health and fitness have become non-negotiables for me, and I make a much more intentional effort to take care of myself physically and mentally.

Family time has also taken on a deeper level of importance, and I’ve learned that being present—for them and for myself—ultimately makes me better in every other area of life. Today, I’m far more selective about how I allocate my energy. I focus on what truly matters, and I make space for recovery, connection, and personal well-being in a way I never used to.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business centers on teaching entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and business owners how to raise capital ethically and effectively using other people’s money. What sets me apart is simple: I’ve raised significantly more capital than anyone else on social media offering similar services. I’m not teaching theory—I’m teaching frameworks and systems I’ve personally used to raise hundreds of millions and that my clients now use to transform their businesses and their lives.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. It took years of building the right habits, staying disciplined, and maintaining a mindset of never failing—only learning. I’ve always believed that success leaves clues, so I’ve surrounded myself with people who were smarter, more experienced, or further ahead than I was. Their influence, combined with relentless consistency on my part, created the foundation for everything I do today.

I’m incredibly proud of the impact I’m making. Through my books, my speaking, and my coaching programs, I’m helping thousands of people learn how to raise capital so they can build businesses, create generational wealth, and change the trajectory of their families. When someone gains the confidence and skills to attract investors, it doesn’t just change their life—it shapes legacies.

One of the highlights of my journey was being knighted and receiving the honor of using the title H.E. Sir Brad Blazar. Being recognized and inducted into an order that has also honored individuals like Toni Braxton, Paula Abdul, Ray Parker Jr., and many others was incredibly humbling. It serves as a reminder that the work we do matters and that impact is the greatest currency we can create.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is this: I’m here to elevate others. My mission is to help people think bigger, raise more, and unlock doors they never thought possible. At the end of the day, it’s not just about capital—it’s about the difference we make in the lives of the people we empower.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the Fulshear area for a week (west of Houston where i live),, I’’d want to give them a true taste of what makes this area special—its charm, its food, its people, and the relaxed luxury that defines our community.

We’d start the trip inside Weston Lakes, the gated country club community where I live. There’s nothing like beginning the week with a round of golf on the beautifully maintained course or relaxing by the lake. Weston Lakes has a way of making visitors feel like they’ve stepped into a quiet oasis, and it sets the tone for the whole trip.

From there, we’d explore some of the best spots Fulshear has to offer. For incredible dining, I’d take them to Anthonie’s Market Grill for some great food, and then over to Victor’s Mexican Restaurant or Pier 36 for fresh seafood. For an upscale evening, we’d head to Pearl and Vine or the Messina Hof Harvest Green Winery—both perfect for great wine, great people, and the kind of energy where you never know who might walk in. Celebrities and athletes passing through Houston often find their way to these low-key, high-quality spots because they offer privacy with a great atmosphere. For an early evening of wine, charcuterie and laid back atmosphere nothing beats Vino Veritas located in an old blue house converted into a great wine bar.
We’d also make a day trip into Houston to take in a sporting event—whether it’s a Texans game, Rockets game, or catching the Astros under the lights at Minute Maid Park. Houston sports are always electric, and it’s a great chance for my friend to feel the big-city energy while still basing out of the more relaxed, suburban Fulshear vibe.

Back in Fulshear, we’d spend time exploring the charming downtown area, grabbing coffee at Essence House Café or enjoying brunch at Italian Maid Café. The people here are friendly, interesting, and grounded—the kind of place where conversations happen easily.

Throughout the week, we’d mix in time relaxing at Weston Lakes, enjoying dinner at the club, catching sunsets by the water, and taking peaceful walks through the community. For nightlife or a fun evening out, we might head over to Katy or Richmond for more dining and lounge options, keeping everything close but exciting.

What I love about Fulshear is that it blends luxury, community, and comfort in a way few places do. The restaurants, the people, the country club lifestyle, and the access to some of the best events in Houston create the perfect mix. By the end of the week, my friend would understand why I call this home—and why so many people fall in love with the area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely—none of us get where we are alone, and I’m a big believer in giving credit where it’s deserved. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to several people and organizations that have played meaningful roles in my growth.

First, The Marketing Hunters and BeKnown have been instrumental partners in helping elevate my brand, expand my reach, and amplify the impact of my message. Their creativity, strategic guidance, and consistency have allowed me to connect with the right audiences and position my work at a much higher level.

I also want to recognize my personal coach, Coach Michael Burt. His mentorship, clarity, and ability to push me beyond my comfort zone have helped me grow not just as a business leader but as a person. His coaching has sharpened my mindset, strengthened my discipline, and expanded what I believe is possible.

And beyond them, I’m grateful for the many colleagues, clients, and friends who’ve supported my journey—whether by offering encouragement, collaborating with me, or challenging me to think bigger. My success is absolutely a reflection of the people who’ve poured into me along the way, and I’m grateful for each of them.
