We had the good fortune of connecting with Britanni Channer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Britanni, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Working for someone else never made sense to me. I finally decided to take a chance on me in 2020. My Grandmother would say it was the “Devine Whisper” that spoke to me. I knew there was a need for CBD products that would allow you to relax while you bathe. I decided I would become the go to CBD Bathbomb person for customers looking for a high quality product that did not break their pockets. I started with Bathbombs and have expanded to Tea’s, Honey, Bath Bomb Salts, Irish Sea Moss, and Body Scrubs. I started taking Irish Sea Moss before it became as popular as it is now. I am also a Realtor and I would bring it to the office for the realtors I worked even before I started selling it.

My Grandmother was always in mind when I decided to start my business. I grew up around entrepreneurs. My dad had his own business until he retired, my mom has been into Real Estate since I was a kid. I guess you can say its in my genes.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
1.) We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about.
What sets me apart is my products themselves. Many people sell the same CBD products; however, I have products that people don’t see as often with CBD (CBD Tea, CBD Honey, CBD Bath Bomb Salt, Vegan Sea Moss Gummies). I stay in my lane and it works for me. I believe what God has for me is mine. Winners focus on Winning. I am excited about the future and my business becoming a Million Dollar Empire.

2.) How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? how did you overcome the challenges?
No it was not easy, but it was so worth it. I got to where I am today by constantly grinding, hard work, dedication and never giving up. It’s important to know that failure doesn’t define you, it’s how you over come failure that does. Many successful people speak on their failures and what it taught them even more than their success. I overcame my challenges by never giving up. I know my end goal and if I gave up I knew I would never get there.

3.) What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
The biggest lesson that I have learned is not to have expectations of other people no matter who they are; this is your vision/dream, not theirs.

4.) What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want the world to know that I got started by (as my grandmother would call it) the Devine Whisper. It’s like an angel speaking to you. Our mission is to focus on products that treat the whole body starting with the mind. A mind at ease allows the body to relax. My brand is authentic, I put hard work into each and every product that I sell. Our customers are #1, we use the best ingredients in our products. At LB’s Infusions we do not take any short cuts.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my friends come into town we usually start at the Breakfast Klub. Next Prospect Park or Address to enjoy a different vibe. On a Saturday I would recommend doing some small business shopping and stopping by a local farmers market. Next up City Centre & any local Hookah lounge after that maybe Montrose area and stopping by some local bars

I enjoy hanging out near upper Kirby and Levy park, right down the street we can go to Olive & Twist for lunch/dinner depending on the time.

If we need to get some work done, we can stop by Day 6 Coffee to use our Laptops and get work done (I know a lot of entrepreneurs).

Next Galveston Beach/Pier & a trip back home to play Spades.
