We had the good fortune of connecting with Dana Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dana, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My business is client focused and my tagline is “Experience the difference a friend can make.” Clients start out as just my clients but at the end they become my close friends.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I really did start by helping one client at a time, just doing my best to show up with honesty and heart. I’ll admit when I’m wrong, and I’ve been told I’m a kind but firm negotiator. I don’t love being told no, and I’m a big believer that there’s always a workaround if you’re willing to look for it.
I’m driven, I’m passionate about what I do, and I genuinely love helping people. Especially when it comes to finding a home. Some of my favorite parts of this job are the relationships I’ve built with people I might never have crossed paths with most of them otherwise. That’s the part that keeps me going.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We have so many great restaurants here, and I love trying the new spots as they pop up. And honestly, one of my favorite parts of living in Memorial is how easy it is to get outside. I love exercising and taking long walks through my neighborhood or Memorial Park. It’s such a great way to get your mind refreshed and ready for the day!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I read my bible every day and try to glorify God in the life I live. I give thanks for each day I live. We aren’t promised tomorrow, so I try to make every day the very best day!
