Meet Darius Stcyr | Mechanic

We had the good fortune of connecting with Darius Stcyr and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Darius, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always known any seen I ever planted in life would sprout, when it came to my business I applied that same mindset and wanted to create a way for me to feed my family and be able to live comfortably. That’s when I came up with Tap-in
What should our readers know about your business?
I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty and dedication to not only my business but for the customers as well. The most exciting part of it all
Is every time when I got to start the car after a job and it fired right up, that’s puts the biggest smile on my face. I got here today by believing myself and going over and beyond for myself, not just living in hopes and dreams but waking everyday and chasing those hopes and dreams, was it easy, not at all but life doesn’t get easier you just get stronger. I was able to overcome the challenges by staying true to who I was and remaining humble. So many lessons have been learned along the way but the most important is always keep God first and trust him, work at the relationship with him and watch how everything plays out for you. I just want the world to say my name one day and when they say it I want them to know that if I can do it they can do it because I came from the less fortunate.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well first we’d go to barn and ride horse that is a everyday must in Texas! Secondly I would go to midtown and go to a few restaurants through out the week days. Now the weekend is different, we are going to go to one of my favorite places which is the country club (dance hall). After that we’d go bowling and roller skating because that’s apart of the culture out here it’s just something that we love to do. And to wrap
It all up I would end it with a church session and nice brunch after!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Social media! It was a huge success for me! I went from being a small town boy to being a public figure in just what felt like seconds.
