We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Juarez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Let me just say after quitting a 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. job and becoming my own boss, it has been the absolute best! By far. I’ve been able to spend more quality time with my babies and family. It has allowed me to arrange, adjust, and be flexible with my time at home and at work.
At first it was hard having to adjust to my work lifestyle and from home. I’ve learned to plan and organize my time in order to successfully operate my business which allowed me to spend less hours at work.
I am still learning to balance everything in my life – it all comes in time. Becoming my own boss has shown me how to look at things differently and decide what to make of it.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I specialize in individual lashes, creating stunning lash designs tailored to accentuate and enhance the natural beauty of every individual. With a passion for beauty and an unwavering love for lashes, I have spent three years honing my skills as a lash artist and educator. Now, I am focusing to furthering my education in other services to provide any clientele’s services and needs. Such as waxing, hair coloring, haircutting, and barbering. What I am most proud of is not the service I offer but the relationship I build with my clients. “Trust is the key to building that connection”, I’ll say. With so many artists and technicians it may seem hard work to set yourself apart from the rest. However, it can be the simple things that make the huge difference and leave a great impression! It is more than just a service, it all comes down to creating a great experience, using high quality products, investing in education, and ensuring you keep your client’s happy!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This shoutout is dedicate to a few people who have helped me and always believed in NETADSGN STUDIO.
First and foremost, God. For having mercy on me and my family, blessing me with opportunities, and opening doors to new beginnings.
To my family, husband, children, and friends who are helping me live out my cosmetology/barber dream.
To my current and future clients for entrusting me as your artist, allowing me to inspire others of my work, and continuing to show support. I’m grateful so thank you all!
