Hi Ericka, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting Electric Feels Company was driven by a passion for creativity and the desire to turn a hobby into a full-time job. During quarantine, I found solace in illustrating and graphic designing, which eventually evolved into a business. I wanted to create unique, handmade products that people could connect with, from stationery and glassware to apparel and accessories. The idea of bringing my designs to life and sharing them with others was incredibly motivating.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Electric Feels Company stands out because of our commitment to unique, handmade designs that resonate with people. I’m most proud of how a simple quarantine hobby has grown into a full-time business that allows me to express my creativity daily. The journey has not been easy, with challenges like sourcing materials and managing production, but persistence and a clear vision have been key in overcoming these hurdles. One important lesson I’ve learned is the value of adaptability and continuous learning. The market is always evolving, and staying ahead requires a willingness to innovate and improve constantly.

What I want the world to know about Electric Feels Company is that we are more than just a business; we are a celebration of creativity and individuality. Our story is one of passion, innovation, and a commitment to making products that people love and connect with.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to Cricut. Their partnership has been instrumental in showcasing various crafts using their machines and has helped elevate my business to new heights. Additionally, my family and friends have been incredibly supportive, providing the encouragement and love I needed to take the leap into entrepreneurship. Their belief in my vision has been a constant source of motivation.
