Meet Ericksv Spencer | Real Estate Agent/Builder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ericksv Spencer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ericksv, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
It demands full-time focus , long hours, and constant effort. Right now it’s a part time business for me, but I’m lucky to have a partner who’s in the field 12 hours or more doing the heavy lifting. That’s what makes it work a strong foundation built on teamwork and trust!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At Pynk Real Estate & Co, we don’t just sell homes we build opportunities. What sets us apart is how we blend development, sales, and marketing into one unapologetically bold, faith-driven brand. I work closely with local builders to bring new construction duplexes to life in rising areas like Acres Homes, Sunnyside, and North Houston neighborhoods full of untapped potential.
The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to learn the ins and outs of real estate from the ground up not just contracts and closings, but construction timelines, site planning, and how to navigate professional challenges with grit and grace. There been moments when things got tough behind the scenes, but I stayed focused on building something real and lasting.
I’m most proud of creating access especially for first-time buyers and investors of color who often get overlooked or underserved. I believe in being transparent, telling the truth about the market, and making sure my clients feel empowered at every step. Whether you’re house-hacking, buying your first duplex, or looking for long-term cash flow, I treat every transaction like it’s my own.
What I’ve learned? Stay ready. Move with integrity. Don’t let temporary noise distract you from permanent purpose. And never shrink in rooms you were built to own.
Pynk Real Estate & Co is more than a brand it’s a movement. It’s bold, faith-rooted, and community focused. I’m excited about what’s ahead more doors, more equity, more people walking into ownership with confidence.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If you’re visiting Houston with me, just know we’re hitting The Warwick, Taste Bar, Turner’s, Lucille’s, Thirteen, Le Colonial, Bar 5015, Lost & Found, Clarkwood, and Post Houston. Exploring new restaurants is my love language bonus points if they serve a perfect sweet espresso martini. Houston’s culinary game is unmatched. 🍽️🍸

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My partner didn’t just believe in me he pushes me. He put me through school, challenged me to level up, and never sit still. He has put me in position to not depend on him or anyone for that matter to grow to succeed and be better each day. I’m in a place I didn’t even vision for myself. I’m able to show up for myself and my family!
