Meet Fallon Victoria | Executive | Entrepreneur | Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fallon Victoria and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fallon, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I’m from Jackson, MS—West Jackson, to be exact. Known as the “City with Soul,” Jackson shaped me through its culture, community, and my family’s deep creative and entrepreneurial legacy. I grew up surrounded by music, watching my mother and aunts rehearse and sing throughout my childhood. Raised by my aunt and uncle, who are deeply ministry-minded and service-oriented, I learned the value of hard work and serving others early on.
My oldest sister is a marketing visionary, a true genius in brand and field marketing. My brother, who taught me how to play drums, also played for THEE Sonic Boom of the South. My aunt enrolled me in piano lessons as a child, which sparked my lifelong love of music.
My mother, a writer, media enthusiast, and Mass Communications graduate, was also a recording artist who—legend has it—won Showtime at the Apollo. I often sat in on her college classes as a child, where my interest in media and storytelling took root. My father, a serial, successful entrepreneur, owned a record company and executive-produced my mother’s first and only album.
Their influence is woven throughout my career, from managing artists and songwriting to launching my content studio, eStoryHouse, and running a PR and marketing agency. Today, I bring those experiences full circle as a member of the executive team at the Jackson Medical Mall Foundation, building on my family’s legacy while carving out my own path.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, eStoryHouse Studios, is a content creation hub where we help individuals and businesses tell their stories through video, podcasting, and digital media. What sets us apart is our commitment to nurturing diverse voices and providing a full range of services—from strategy to production. Over the years, we’ve taught hundreds of youth about media and content creation on a professional level, empowering the next generation of creators. I’m most proud of how we’ve helped clients elevate their brands and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.
Building this business was difficult, especially in the beginning. Financing a studio was a passion I turned into reality, but having the funds to make it happen was a major challenge. Staffing also posed its own hurdles, which led me to wear multiple hats—taking on roles of both entrepreneur and engineer just to keep things running smoothly.
I believe, “You’re here on purpose if it seems you arrived by accident,” which reflects my personal journey. Every twist and turn led me to this rewarding career, where I get to help others share their stories and make an impact.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, to my parents—especially my aunt and uncle, who raised and nurtured me with love, guidance, and values. To my birth parents, whose creativity and talents have always been a part of me.
A special thank you to my friend, Comedienne Rita Brent, whose words of encouragement, “If you can’t find your dream job, create it,” pushed me to forge my own path. My friend, Author Kelly Stone, also deserves thanks for inspiring me to rediscover my passion for writing.
I can’t forget Four Washington. My career in artist management and development began with them, and together we created something truly unique and memorable. I’m so grateful for your trust in me to help launch your professional career, and I wish you nothing but success as you continue to rise in your next chapter.
Jackson Medical Mall Foundation, whose mission has become my own.
Lastly, my son—who changed the way I view life, giving me a renewed sense of purpose, love, and inspiration.
