Hi Jasmin, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
GleamMeek Conscious Styling empowers women from all communities by uplifting those who have experienced life-altering traumas, guiding them to overcome outdated coping mechanisms that no longer serve their growth and helping them manifest the lives they deserve. We instill self-grounding principles, tools, and techniques rooted in spiritual law sourced within The Most High, teaching women to embrace and value their authenticity at every stage of their journey while healing the wounds of the past.

GleamMeek uses free expression as a gateway to spiritual freedom, offering a positive way of life that fosters success rather than hindering growth. We cultivate a hub of women empowered by their unique greatness, inspiring a ripple effect of resilience and inner strength that touches every corner of society. GleamMeek is not just a fashion-forward beauty brand; we are a movement toward a brighter, more authentic future, spreading peace, love, and light to all.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My artistry flows freely from my authentic expression. I do not allow limits to live in any creative space because the outcome of any creation is beautiful in its own way. I create through dance as a professional swing dancer, through Business as an entrepreneur & founder of GleamMeek Conscious Styling, through crafting as a jewelry maker and any other avenue that calls to me. My love for the arts has pushed me in the direction of life that I live through now as a creative. Flowing through my creativity has led me to turn my passions into a purpose. I am immensely proud of my brand GleamMeek because it represents all aspects of me, my faith, my love for beauty, and my compassion for others. I have been on the entrepreneur journey for some years but within all of my other ventures I was lacking my authentic voice, riding a wave that eventually led me to multiple failures which in term taught me great lessons. The hardest pill I had to swallow on this journey has been self inflicted embarrassment. Putting myself in the public viewpoint and changing my mind on what I thought the answer to the dreaded question of “what do you do?” allowed faceless voices to cloud my psyche with negative self talk making me feel incapable until I found the secret to my success. Acceptance of who I was as Jasmin taught me that my journey was mine and mine alone. Once I grounded myself within myself, I realized that I never truly failed. I was actually pulling myself up to higher levels, conditioning my mind, body and spirit to withstand the cycle of entrepreneurship which is energetically just a concentrated form of the roller coaster called life. Was it easy, definitely not. Is it easy now, nope, but do i continue on my journey? Yes I do, I’ll never stop. My journey may be mine but the lessons I learn are beyond me. You never know who is impacted by your testimony therefore I do not gatekeep my experiences. GleamMeek was created to represent me as I am while I continue to learn and apply the lessons gifted from The Most High. My brand is inspired by my spirit, leading GleamMeek to act as a safe breeding ground for other beautiful spirits emerging from the shadows ready to create their testimonies that will impact generations to come. The love and light shared though my brand belongs to any and everyone who is ready to gleam bright passed their obstacles to create the beauty they’ll like to see in the world.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
To start our experiences, Gangnam Spa would be our first destination to relax our bodies, releasing any lingering tension from our daily life responsibilities. I love this spa because it creates a freeing experience when you combine their amenities with mindfulness. After we are recharged we’ll head over to Dish Society to grab a guilt free meal. Dish Society is a farm to table restaurant providing quality foods that are locally sourced to limit the amount of impurities we digest. Next on our places to go is too Wild to indulge in some infused cocktails and herbal flowers. The setting is beautiful and the service is great. If it’s a Friday we’ll take in some nightlife with the Trap Soul Band at Royalty to let loose and dance the night away. MeowWolf is going to be one of our day time experiences as we step into another universe inside of our own, located in Downtown Houston. Then we would have to check out some poetry by Blk Swan because she is amazing, knows how to put on a show and her words are a true delight. One of the nights we would go to Fielding’s Wood Grill which is another farm to table restaurant that has the best burgers and their thyme lemon drops are delicious. For some shopping Akira is where you’ll find us. I call this the best sparkly store ever. They offer unique boutique clothing that can match any energy you want to display allowing you to express freely. Painted Tree is another shopping venture we’ll take because they are a one stop shop filled with goods from local businesses and creatives. The Good Intentions Bars is where we’ll go for some balance as we make incense at their incense making class fusing our intentions and affirmations to release in the world as we burn them. Lastly we’ll have to catch a couple of urban ballroom dance classes either at The Dance Studio on Wednesday with Step N Style of Houston & King Of Swing John Sigears or at Chayns Nightclub with The Balloon Diva, Priscilla Roberts on Tuesday night that turns into social dancing with food and drinks afterwards.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My success is thanks to a combination of many! My Fiancé, Kaegan Lane of The Word Brand for fortifying my faith, My confidence coach Fancy Meeks, of The Confident Queen Movement, keeping me afloat the entrepreneur journey on the days I didn’t feel qualified enough, my amazing mother for her unwavering support, dedication and love through all my endeavors but ultimately dedicate this shoutout, my success and my life to The Most High God. Without my relationship and connection to the divine I would not be the woman I am today, with the devotion I have to keep pursuing my journey of enlightenment in myself and in others. Throughout my walk of life The Most High has tested me, broke me, left me and forgave me all to rebuild me with transparent and authentic love & light. In my darkest of days where I turned away from God, The Most High let me experience the life I thought I wanted “without” intervention but never left my side, waiting until I was ready to receive my divine guidance and for this I am truly grateful! When I finally accepted the Spirit of God, I was instilled with mission, passion and overflowing love helping guide other spirits to their light regardless of the fleshly experiences that are disguised as impossible obstacles. I lead through servitude because I would have never developed the divine spirit that guides me today without the passionate, free flowing abundant love of The Most High God who deserves all the praise and recognition for my past, present and future successes.
