We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Kluttz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Making a quality part that is easy to install and works with no questions or doubts from the customers. We are there for our customers, new and old. We answer the phone and do not let them wait to have to be able to get a hold of us.. Being able to send out inventory on a moments notice so the customer get it sooner than later.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We make Catalytic Converter Shields mostly for Trucks and SUVs. We work with the major car dealers, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, GMC and Isuzu. We also sell them from our website. Two people who support and trust each other can make any business a great one. Our story is that 2 neighbors had lost their jobs before covid. Then during covid we came together to help each other and gradually started a foundation for starting a business together.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We are not much for going out.. Mostly just to car shows if they are going on. We just stay home and have a good time. Just grilling and relaxing.
