Meet Josiah Jean

We had the good fortune of connecting with Josiah Jean and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Josiah, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is the ability to bet on myself and go all in. How can i expect others to believe if i don’t believe in myself? With every opportunity that comes my way i bet on myself to win. I run on the belief i have in myself with the dreams and goals im chasing.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others truly is my belief in myself. I’m always willing to put myself out there for opportunities i desire. What i’m most proud and excited about is growing my brand around the world. It’s truly growing and it’s a home grown thing. Ive gotten to where i am by being around the right people and allowing the right people to be by me. The company you keep can really make an impact on you so it’s important to monitor your circle. Was it easy? No, I had to learn along the way and i’m still learning. I wouldn’t change that though as real experience is the best way to learn. I overcame the challenges along the way due to the desire to be better and succeed. The burning desire keeps me going. The greatest lesson I’ve learned is to walk in every room like i belong. That’s helped me get very far. I want people to know that the JEANROCK brand is true and authentic, we are in our infancy stage but it’s worth the time and investment..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I have a few spots a like to go to in the city. I would absolutely take them to a Reality of Wrestling event, the show is like no other. The POST Houston is a spot i would definantly take them to for a chill spot a views of the city. Lucky Land is also a good spot I like to go to as well. The Derby Car club is a place i like to go to eat and spend time around cars. Sweet Paris is a place I’d take them to eat to, it reminds me of my time in Paris which is my second favorite city behind Houston of course!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shout out Reality of Wrestling’s Kevin Bernhardt, Booker T, and Sharmell Huffman. A special shout out to my management team and stylist, they help me best move with all my endeavors and be “Josiah Jean”.
